Cetcip-L 5 MG Tablet blocks histamine (natural substance) that the body generates during the time of an allergic reaction, relieving you of the symptoms of the reaction. The medicine needs to be taken orally and is available in tablet form as well as a solution. Cetcip-L 5 MG Tablet can be used in the form of combination therapy, meaning you may be prescribed this drug along with other medications. You can take the medicine with the your food and without it.

How To Use Cetcip-L Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cetcip-L Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
When not to use?
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to levocetirizine.

is not recommended for use in patients with end-stage kidney disease and creatinine clearance less than 10 ml/min due to increased risk of the severe adverse effects. It is not recommended for use in children below 12 years with an impaired kidney function.
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If cetcip l dosage
is almost time for the next scheduled dose, then the missed dose can be skipped. Do not use extra medicine to make up for the missed dose.
Seek emergency medical treatment or contact the doctor in case of an overdose.
